Messi won Ballon d'Or 2012???

This could be a fake, but here is the link:
Some say he didn't win anything major, but that is team effort, no? Ronaldo and Iniesta are part of teams(Real M. and Spain) that did win, but they didn't carry their teams on their back as much as Messi. Take away those goals that are often described as 'meaningless' and Barca drop 6th in the league, but Real would still be on top without CR7's goals. Others say it isn't all about stats, and that Messi is nothing outside Barca, and for this reason would give it to Iniesta. But the thing is, Messi can offer everything that Iniesta can, the difference is between the rest of the teams (Spain and Argentina). So why isn't he the obvious choice?

To be honest, wouldn't be surprised if this was true, just wondering whether there still are people out there who think Ronaldo/Iniesta deserve it and why? 91 goals and 22 assist not good enough? I wonder if this will ultimately break Ronaldo mentally. 2012 was the best year he could have possibly had. Winning La Liga with record 100 points while scoring against every team in La Liga. Scoring against Barca in every Clasico. Winning the Supercup. Going out in the semis of the CL and EC on penalties. While at the same time Barca had one of their worst seasons trophy-wise. Yet he's still in Messi's shadow. Surely at some point he'll lose the drive and motivation to try to keep up with Messi. With 25 Messi has just started to reach his prime. I guess in his ultimate peak in 1 or 2 years he'll score 8 consecutive hattricks instead of braces or something like that and the gulf will yet again become even bigger than it already is between the two.

Hmmm, yes. I was thinking the same. But hope this doesn't happen, as this would ruin Ballon d'Or.
Messi would win it like 6 years straight, until Neymar, Gotze or even Hazard reach their peak.

Interesting, but how would he manage to beat the current finalists. As much as I like Falcao, he is only a target man in my opinion, a proper goal scorer. Such a one-dimensional player shouldn't be classed as the best footballer, unless he is on top of his game, beating everybody else by a mile or two. Beating Messi is pretty damn hard.

Cristiano is just as confident in himself as any footballer imo, including Messi... Say what you want about him, but he will always think he is the best
