Lately chairmans/owners of clubs are getting stricter, the latest example is Nigel Adkins, just drew vs chelsea away from home 2-2 to find himself 2 days later the sack, while he was sitting in 15th place in not so bad form. What manager is close to get the sack now. It is much harder for managers to come into the premier league as the pressure hits them to boiling point and if they do wrong they may get the sack, football changing.
