It's for most reps with what I think was a 225 pound bench press.

They both done 53. Apparantly the record was 51.

I don't about that, the weights seemed legit, but why would a world record be that easy to break....by two people ?

One of the comments on the article says that the record they broke was for 20-22 year olds. The actual Guinness book of world record is 63 for bench press reps.
