As much as i like new signings, i would never wish my team to lose ffs.

There are many other ways to protest.

CB and DM aren't the only problems, although I agree they should be priority for today/tomorrow! Most want a striker because Giroud is our only striker and if he gets injured/suspended/out of form we only have 2 or 3 wannabe strikers and no decent striker to compete with him.

And some want a winger too because we have very little depth and they don't want to see Ramsey there.

David Villa and Capoue would be ideal as David Villa could play on the left too aswell as striker, while Capoue can play DM aswell as CB. With these 2 signings we could fix 4 problems, CB, DM, CF and LW.

But it seems that that is sooo unrealistic even if it shouldn't be Rolling Eyes

I agree, Wenger has made up his mind and not even another 8-2 would make him buy.

Lets just hope we can make top 4 and get rid of dictator.

PSG just moved Momo Sissoko to Fiorentina and lent Rabiot to Toulouse... the thought is that they lent Rabiot for free in order to help Toulouse when they buy Capoue.

Toulouse want 16 mil though. Some think 12 mil will do it. We'll see.

No more, or less than we are with Santos as cover, because he is non existent when he plays this year. I'd rather see academy players as cover than santos as the cover.

Quite obviously Arsenal fans are undergoing what Milan fans did during the summer of Mr.X in which we were promised a "champion" and world class signing but ended up buying an injury prone Aquilani on loan.

To Raptor, Sports and the countless other frustrated Gooners, take a break and come back when the window is over.

I spent day after day within that summer (or most Milan mercati) searching for any news on incoming transfers and was severely disappointed after all who we were linked to, was false.

You need to lower your expectations, not micro-analysis the market and expect nothing given that Wenger is like B&G of Milan.

As for those who are hopeful of Villa? It won't happen. I have enough Catalan sources to say there is no chance. Villa is staying at Barcelona. Forget about it.

Quim Domènech Puigbó, a respected Barcelona source (who broke Valdes' contract amongst others) said last night on Spanish TV (https://twitter.com/PUNTOPELOTA) that David Villa has spoken to Arsene Wenger over the phone, and also Santi Cazorla, and he wants to join Arsenal. FCB want to hold onto him, but Villa wants to leave asap. He thinks its likely he will join Arsenal in the summer, but Villa is pushing for a move in January. Arsenal are the club that most interests Villa.

Barca have kidnapped Villa, he wants to leave and should come to his rightful home. He has Arsenal DNA
