His biggest problem is his positioning, Hulk and Danny are getting in between the midfield and defense far too easily and that is his job to stop that.

Can't really blame him since he's not a DM but his passing and touch have also been horrible.

Zenit are very strong at home though. Had a 4 year unbeaten home run which was actually beaten by Milan this in the CL group stages.

Tbf i wouldn't say they could have been out of sight because Zenit had a lot of chances in the first half themselves....
