If the Schalke guys don't get their act together, this might get ugly for them. But on the other hand, this is a CL match and they had as many problems in the BL when they floored Inter Milan at the San Siro two years ago, so one never knows. They are Schalke and that means they can beat practically everyone if they turn up, but likewise they can be beaten by anyone (Greuther Fürth ) if they don't ^^

I'm curious if Jens Keller shows courage and lets both Julian Draxler and Max Meyer play. Boy power!

Thing is Galatasaray despite their standing in the Turkish League have apparently been off form and struggling to find chemistry through their new signings. As a whole they have accrued solid results yet their football has been suffering as a whole as one Turk League follower tells me. So from what I hear, they essentially are facing a similar problem to Schalke in what is an identity crisis regarding their football as former Milan tinkerman, Terim has stumbled across as a team block which isn't ideal to carry near such an important fixture.

It'll be interesting to see how both teams cope with their weaknesses yet Schalke playing in a higher level should have little excuse but to win vs a recently off form Turkish side.

Easy win for Galatasaray. 3-0 Yilmaz hattrick. Schalke are terrible.

Schalke have imploded, I don't see them taking anything off Galatasaray.

Considering Galatasary's investments it would be a disaster if they don't beat Schalke at home.

Can Sneijder and Drogba play?

This should be an easy one for Gala, Schalke has only one win in the BuLi in the last three months.

Hard to say. Schalkes BL and CL form are two totally differebt things, but now that they lost Holtby and Huntelaar is badly off form, im not sure how this will go. In gonna say 2-1 Schalke.

Schalke getting a win in Turkey? I doubt that, they might draw but if they go through it'll depend in the return leg.

Schalke fans are no slouches either so i dont see the crowd having any effect on them.
