His second year at Chelsea was not bad as Mou's current year at Madrid. Now compare the leagues and the two teams and decide yourself who is in the most privileged position not to F-Up.
Second year was not bad, please Laughing. He lost a league title when he was 10 points ahead of United. When the injury crisis came to hit Chelsea, he did absolutely nothing to overcome the problem, barely experimented with players, meh signings etc. He was far too arrogant to stuck with his "winning" gameplan despite blind enough to see it wasnt working for months now, hence why the dissapointing results. Comparing him to Mou, thats rich Laughing

I honestly would rather have Wenger
His development with youth and his ability to get his teams to play great football would benefit us greatly

Honestly that motto should be painted on the player tunnel at the Bernabeu like Liverpool have with "This is Anfield". It suits us lol

So getting third in La Liga while having a younger, stronger, and more expensive squad is better than being second in the EPL while having an injured squad and tyrant for a president.

Fact is that Chelsea were functioning well until Abra inexplicably fired Wilkins and the singed Torres. It is widely known that Carlo simply lost control of the squad at that point and Abra wanted someone young. That Carol have not said ANYTHING bad about Chelsea and Abra (unlike Mou) after they sacked him.

That being said, it is a failure in his part but in no way is it as much as the colossal failure of Mou's last season at Chelsea and Mou's current season at Madrid.

I did include the caveat (if he crashes out of the CL) in an earlier post though.

Post by DeviAngel Wed Feb 20, 2013 5:41 pm

Reports are gathering pace that Carlo Ancelotti will leave Paris Saint-Germain for Real Madrid in the summer.

The Italian tactician’s future in France has been placed into some doubt in recent months despite their Ligue 1 leadership and the side’s progression in the Champions League.

Le Parisien is today suggesting that Ancelotti has already held preliminary talks with Real Madrid, a club who are expected to part company with Jose Mourinho in June.

Ancelotti, 53, is also one of a number of tacticians linked with the vacant position at former club Roma for the 2013-14 campaign.

The ex-midfielder has worked for outfits such as Parma, Milan, Juventus and Chelsea in his career to date.

Yeah why not, Carlo would be great, we haven't broken one record yet, that is the oldes age average in Europe, Yea let's bring Carlo.

Seriously, how can Carlo be an upgrade to Mourinho??

If Mou leaves we need something fresh, like Toril or Laudrup or Pepe Mel. If we end up getting Carlo or Benitez would be a disaster waiting to happen, I expect a worse season than this one.

Carlo would end up buying old and expirienced player that IMO would be fit to play one competition rather than two or three, so that would mean that the league would be sacrificed for Champions League, or the opposite.

Benitez would lose controll over the dressing room in just two months of managing and we would end up once more playing for 2nd place and resting on tuesdays or wednesdays from december.

If you're refering to his record in Milan then you should take into consideration how tight the pruse was. Plus what happened to his PSG signings ?

It's being reported by both LEquipe and LeParisien today, that Carlo Ancelotti has decided to walk out on PSG come the end of the season, seeing as he has offers from Real Madrid and Manchester City. He feels betrayed by PSG as they looked to hired Mourinho few weeks back. They are doing their best now to offer him a new deal, but it's unlikely he will take it.

This is probably my worst week as a Madrid fan since the 5-0 asswhooping. Getting pummeled by Klopp, seeing all my fears about moudrid come to realization, and then seeing Carlo Ancelotti on his way to Madrid.

Florentino Perez is an incompetent imbecile that will never do anything good for our football. Sad

On the good news side for PSG, they are after Wenger first and foremost and will quickly move to Klopp and then low and then Rudi Garcia. PSG will be fun to watch next year.

I honnsetly think Carlo will win La liga in his first attempt. If not, it won't be like now with such a large gap.

Well, Ibra might be leaving after all then. I remember reading here that he would definitely be staying if Carlo was staying.

Ibra is not leaving because Silva told him that he would stick it out with PSG regardless of Carlo leaving (Silva made the statement publicly to French media yday)... as long as Silva and Leonardo stay, Ibra won't go. Besides, he would cost €40 mil and PSG would not accept a penny less. It would also be contingent on PSG signing another top CF first. They have no pressure to sell Ibra.

Actually, LeParisien are talking Mourinho (wont happen), Jupp Heynckes, Wenger and Rijkaard. i have heard nothing about Rudy Garcia, and he has no shot since he has no international reach in his background. I know that Sarkozy lobbies for Wenger, but they have 0 shot at Klopp.

Doesnt matter anyway, Flopcelotti to Madrid No
