Spent an hour playing with the PS4 today ( FIFA mainly )

1) The controller is amazing. It feels like it grips your hands lol. Nice texture and just a good feeling while using it

2) FIFA 14 next gen was really really good. So smooth and everything just felt right. Brilliant graphics.

I played FIFA 14 in my friend's PS4 and stopped playing after one match. I knew that I would not be able to play my FIFA 14 in my Xbox 360 anymore if I played just one more match in the PS4. It is amazing, FIFA nailed next gen. Self restraint already cracking lol. Need to stay strong.

I made a massive mistake in not pre-ordering this. I can't find it any anywhere atm :facepalm:

But i can't believe the response and general hype the PS4 has got so far. It's blowing the X1 out the water atm- in terms of sales and demand. Like everywhere it's sold out.

Smashed the UK launch sales record by miles, sold over 250K in 48 hours, previous record was 175K or something by the PSP. 360 definitely had a edge over the PS3 here in popularity, but I guess this means Sony will be back on top this generation.

The price is playing out the key factor. In today's economical situation people would kill for a 5 quid save and they are saving £100 from not buying an Xbox.

I liked it last gen though, it was fun arguing about PS3 and 360 since majority were 360 fanboys. Now it's no fun Sad

What you failed to mention here is that it PS4 outsold the Wii U's life time sales in 48 hrs rofl

Also i wouldn't be so quick to judge.... generation is 5+ years and a lot can happen in that time i wouldn't be surprised if Xbox bites back and gets back on top down the line.

After all the PS3 sales for like for 3 years were garbage, a lot can change.
