I have been reading that since the day I became a Milan fan and he was never arrested.

this shouldnt affect milan at all as it is a personal matter or personal asset is different from business and we already are in pretty safe situation with our team as a whole. plus board will take care of this matters anyway to run milan as a company... shareholder doesnt.... i dont think milan will be affected financially. (proud of studying business law a little bit atm in college)

unless like what happened in 2 years ago where court forced the parent company finnvest to pay excess of 500 million, finnvest as a parent company had to loose money and therefore it affects subsidiaries.. incl. milan..on decision making such as transfer market money allocations.

One of the many good things that have come out of this recent transition is that we are not as dependent on Berlusconi's investment anymore. So, I don't think this will effect us in a any significant way. And Berlusconi won't actually go to jail anyways, so no worries!

I read in an article that there is a law that allows anyone over the age of 75 to not actually go to prison.

Berlusconi is 76.

Maybe he will request the prison sentence in installments
