Or opponents and schedule were much harder and players more tired at the start of the season?

Messi got injured in a perfect time, and Neymar could even rest the NT-break, when the schedule was getting easier. Neymar had 1 tough team to beat and they lost it. Sevilla beat both Cronaldo and Neymar, but not Messi when the team was playing even worse.

Neymar hasn't changed, circumstances have. Has anybody had as much luck as Neymar the past 2 months?

- Barca struggling against refs, schedule and hard opponents being tired.

- Messi gets injured, Neymar gets to rest nt-break because of the ban.

- Schedule gets easy, refs start to help against fodder and Neymar starts statpadding, still losing the only tough game.

And suddenly his status is moved from outside top 3 to top 2 player in the world.

Please mate. We all know Messi is the best player right now u don't need to belittle other players to make him great. even Messi is not perfect and that's what makes it more exciting that there is always room for improvement. If he was to be perfect in every way then that would be very sad as Messi fan because then the only way is downwards. Right now Neymar has been out of the world and is lifting the team singlehandedly with every help from Suarez and that's the fact.
