I need to get into that and I probably will today as I have shit tonnes of side quests and monster contracts that haven't been used.

Saddlebags to carry more stuff? If so go back to White Orchard that bloke who you helped after his house got burnt down has some.
get an extra 30 in weight, i can't remember which ones but in better places you can get one that goes an extra 70. In which case just search various armor places as that's where you get it.
