Well when Hazard was ready to leave, i thought we were the best fit and made the best sense.

Same thing with Cesc this past summer.

I feel the same way about Reus, we need him on the right. His style works perfectly in our system.

With Muller, Robben, Goatze, and Ribery all ready there i think they are loaded. I know Ribery and Robben are getting there in age, but neither are leaving in the next two years minimum and playing at a high level.

The top posters widget to the right is only for the week not overall, I imagine that's where Barrett got the 8th bit from.

Also you guys would be terrifying with Reus but I'm hoping the fact that he's originally from Dortmund's youth system means that he remains loyal. Someone needs to keep Hummels company after all.

And yes, I think we'd be absolutely top notch with Reus. Teams won't be able to load up on Hazard anymore(Willian and Schurrle aren't big threats so they get less attention). I very much doubt Reus will stay at Dortmund though. The only thing he has ruled out is a move to Bayern(if I'm not mistaken), which is good news for other clubs interested. We'll even give them Schurrle in return if they want him Laughing

Just hope he doesn't end up at City.

True, it's going to be difficult for Dortmund to hold onto him. I feel like City's European struggles will discourage Reus from choosing them. Having done so well in the Champions League with Dortmund, I doubt he'll be interested in an essentially backwards step and Chelsea are one of the few sides around who offer him an improved chance of European glory. Of course, even the talk of refusing Bayern can't necessarily be taken at face value as we've learnt over the years.

And you're right about Bayern btw. If one thing's sure, its that they're definitely very interested in him. I think we offer an option for him to move to a more stable and better condition with increased wages while also minimizing backlash from Dortmund fans.

An ideal summer would be Reus for €25m AND Khedira for free.

Not really fan of Khedira, i think we can do more with a more technical player then Khedira. We are in trouble if Cesc get injured, then again i guess that definitely applies to Matic too. I would like to go after Cristoph Kramer, since he is a good mixture of technical and workrate. I know i am being greedy, but i also worry about Kheidra injuries, he haven't played that much football over the last two seasons.

I personally would consider giving Ake more opportunities and bigger role in the team.

If that's the case then we really should go all out for him next summer, tbh all this squad needs is a backup #10 (Piazon). Also, to generate more cash to make this happen we could sell ramires and/or mikel and bring in Khedria on a free and promote Ake and Chalobah #iffifawerereallife
