If Bayern retain the CL/DO another treble where would you put them in terms of greatness?

It is likely that they will win the Bundesliga again. If they retain the cl that would mean they would have been in 4 finals in the last 5 years and won 2. Where would you rank them in terms of Greatness? Greater than Pepcelona?

Dortmund isn't being dismantled, neither by bigger European clubs nor by Bayern, they're having an massive injury crisis, so they're not as good as last season at the moment.
But Real's multi-100m team as well as Man City's multi-100m team were outplayed by them last season.

Structurally you're right, both Dortmund and even Bayern's spending on players pales in comparison to all other European top clubs. Even Arsenal spent more than us this year. Dortmunds wage bill is on par with Stoke City's.

But you can't tell me the Spanish league is, as a whole, better than the Bundesliga.

Speaing of domestic competiton, Bayern battered you last year and BVB battered Madrid, Bayern are going against a cl finalist team. Barcelona won the treble when Madrid couldn't even get out of round 16...what other spanish team was doing well in 09? You can't use the domestic arguement if you didn't use it for Spain. Barcelona hammered Madrid 6-2 in 09 ffs and hammered them 5-0 in 11. Bayern are steam rolling teams in Europe atm as well. The Bundesliga is weak eh, correct me if i'm wrong but didn't Bayern batter Juve the Serie A champs and they gave Barcelona the second worst hammering in European cup sf history...so yea, we are not talking about a normal team here.
