Nainggolan but I am more than sure that we won't sign a quality player in January after UCL exit

Unless there is a major injury in the next couple of weeks, Juve should not make any transfers in January unless we are given the opportunity to sign a quality player at a great price, which isn't likely.

Teams typically overpay for players in the January window. Since Juve's highest aspirations are now the scudetto and Europa League, there is no reason to overspend. We are twelve points clear of the UCL qualification line. Our top players will get much more rest now that UCL is over.

I would love for us to get a LW or a proper backup to Pirlo, but I don't think those moves are critical for the scudetto.

Let's wait until the summer to make any moves. This is going to make for a boring January.

+ that would save some of the money we lost, but it depends on our scudetto rivals even thou it's said that Nani is really close to switch to Italy same as Menez.

If it's a player that we would sign in the summer anyways and we can get the same price for him regardless of the January or summer transfer window, then i'm fine with the move.  That might be the case with Nani or Menez.

I really don't think we should worry about our Serie A rivals.  Our current squad is good enough to win the scudetto or, at worst, it's good enough to stay above the UCL line.  Roma is starting to come back down to reality.

If anything, we may want to think about selling one of our strikers.  I would imagine that we may buy a younger striker next summer or bring back one of our loaned or co-owned players.  If a team is desperate for a striker, this might be the best time to sell Quags, Gio, or Vucinic for the right offer.  Teams are likely to overpay.

Vucinic and Quagliarella will go this summer I am sure especially the first one. I want Gabbiadini to be brought back that guy has enough skill, I would leave Berardi one more season at Sassuolo he is doing great in Serie A Smile

If we do decide to bring in a wing player in January, it would be beneficial to our team to start integrating that player into our tactics rather than having an adjustment period in September 2014. So, there is something be said for trying to get a player like Nani now.

My plans would be, instead of getting Nainggolan, we should get a good LWB so that Asamoah can be a substitute for CM and LWB which won't limit his game time, plus, he could trying pushing for a starting role if he's good enough. Then, I think we should try to sell Quaglierella or any of the CF we don't need and get a good RW and I think we should try getting Cerci first, he's maybe hard to get because he plays for Torino, but still, we took Ogbonna away from them, maybe we can take Cerci, I watched him sometimes like against Roma and against Juventus, and also when he played for Italy sometimes and I think he's pretty good. If that doesn't work out, we should try getting Nani or Menez, but I think Menez would be cheaper plus he's played in Serie A before, but Nani would also be good if he regains his old form. If all of those guys don't work, I think we should try and loan Lucas from PSG and see what happens after that. What do you guys think, who are some other options?

Jeremy Menez has emerged as a January target for Juventus after it emerged his future lies away from France according to L'Equipe (via Football Italia).

The PSG attacker has found first team football tough to come by this season under Laurent Blanc, and L'Equipe claim that he will leave in January, perhaps with a view to giving himself a better opportunity of making the squad for Les Bleus at the World Cup in Brazil next summer.

Juventus will battle it out with Inter according to the French newspaper, with Menez's arrival potentially allowing Antonio Conte to shift his formation to a 4-3-3.

More reports in the Spanish Press this evening have suggested that Juventus will move for Iker Muniain in January.

Barcelona-based newspaper Mundo Deportivo claimed earlier this week that the Bianconeri were carefully tracking the Athletic Bilbao attacker.

And fichajes.net have reiterated that by insisting on Friday that the Old Lady are determined to get the Spain Under-21 international, despite his high release clause.

Los Leones are not in desperate need of extra finances, and so will only let Muniain leave for his minimum fee release clause, which is believed to be at €38m.

However, the website has reported that Antonio Conte’s men are keen on the 21-year-old, and will make a move for him during the winter transfer window.

Stories have already circulated suggesting that former teammate Fernando Llorente has been in touch with the playmaker, eulogising about life in Turin.

Swansea City monitoring Juventus forward

Fabio Quagliarella - JuventusSwansea City are exploring the possibility of signing Juventus forward Fabio Quagliarella in the January transfer window, it has been reported.

Quagliarella has found appearances hard to come by so far in this season, with Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente having established themselves as Juve’s first-choice strike pairing.

The 30-year-old has made just three league starts and seven substitute appearances and has scored one goal.

However, according to Sports Direct News, Swansea manager Michael Laudrup is looking to strengthen the Welsh side’s strike force due to a lack of goals in the league.

Michu, who scored 18 times in the 2012/13 Premier League, has only found the back of the net twice so far. The club’s league top scorer is summer signing Wilfried Bony, with four goals

Juventus have been linked with a summer move for Bayern Munich striker Mario Mandzukic, Tuttosport reports.

The Croatian has been a key player for the Bundesliga giants, scoring in last season's Champions League final win over Borussia Dortmund, but is likely to become a squad player if the club sign Robert Lewandowski, as is expected.

This could spark interest from several top clubs, and Juventus hope to persuade him to join up with their ever-improving squad.

Manager Antonio Conte is keen to recruit improvements to his attack, and has also been linked with a move for out-of-favour Manchester United winger Nani ahead of next season.

Juventus have won two Serie A titles in a row, but will hope to sign players to help them make some progress in the Champions League next season, after exiting at this year's group stages.

Montenegrin striker Mirko Vucinic has asked to be allowed to leave Juventus in the January transfer window, according to Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport.

The Bianconeri have no plans to sell in the winter, but they will also not stand in the way if any of their current players expresses his desire to leave.

And Tuttosport has learned that star striker Mirko Vucinic has informed the club officials that he wants out.

Namely, the 30-year-old has lost his place in the side following the arrival of Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente, and he is determined to leave Turin in search of first team football.

There should be no shortage of offers for the experienced striker, especially as he should be available for mere €10 million.

Manchester United have been linked with Vucinic in the past, although they are unlikely to step up their interest unless Robin van Persie leaves the club in January.

Maybe we can try and trade Vucinic for Van Persie and maybe add a little more cash to get him.

Liverpool, Chelsea and Man Utd target Claudio Marchisio could be sacrificial lamb for Juve

JUVENTUS are faced with a difficult decision after their elimination from the Champions League at the hands of Galatasaray on Wednesday, and that could see midfielder Claudio Marchisio shipped out to Liverpool, Chelsea or Manchester United.Reports in Italy suggest that Juventus stand to lose approximately £17m as a result of their earlier-than-expected elimination from Europe's elite competition even though they will still continue in the Europa League.

And that will leave the Turin club looking for creative ways to make up the shortfall that could see players leave the club in January.

According to Tuttosport, several players have already been ruled out including Carlos Tevez, Fernando Llorente, Sebastian Giovinco, Arturo Vidal and Paul Pogba.

Other players like Mirko Vucinic and Fabio Quagliarella could still leave the club but are not likely to put a substantial dent in the budget deficit.

And that leaves Claudio Marchisio, who meets several of the clubs criteria.

Whilst Juventus would be reluctant to let Marchisio leave given his iconic status as a player who came through the youth system at the club, they appreciate that few individual players have the same Europe-wide appeal that could bring in the necessary fee.
Indeed, Antonio Conte is ready to commit to Vidal and Pogba as his midfield of the future meaning that 27-year-old Marchisio is somewhat expendable from a tactical perspective.

Manchester United were linked with a move for Marchisio in the summer after missing out on Cesc Fabregas, and there was also talk that Jose Mourinho wanted to make the Italian international one of his first signings on his return to Chelsea.

Liverpool also have an interest in the hard-tackling midfielder, particularly with Steven Gerrard set to miss time, but have previously baulked at Juve's demands for the player including a suggestion that a swap deal might be arranged involving Luis Suarez.

However, it now seems increasingly likely that Marchisio could be on his way out of Juventus in the near future and it simply remains to be seen whether United, Chelsea or Liverpool will make a concerted effort to bring him on board.

Despite what the papers say yeah,i actually doubt we'd make any notable purchase in this upcoming window.

Also its looking like Asamoah might play at CM tomorrow,so if he can be used as a backup CM option, the current squad is more than enough to continue through the rest of the season.

Juventus duo could leave after Champions League exit

Juventus players Claudio Marchisio and Mirko Vucinic could leave Turin after the Bianconeri’s recent elimination from the UEFA Champions League.

Antonio Conte’s side finished third in Group B on six points after losing 1-0 to Turkish giants Galatasaray and the Turin-based side are looking to make changes to the roster.

According to Quartidiano Sportivo, Vucinic is a transfer target for clubs in England and the Bianconeri could sell the Montenegrin international in January.

Money from Vucinic’s sale could provide funds for additional signings by Juve during the winter transfer window.

Marchisio isn’t likely to leave the Bianconeri in January but he could possibly leave the Serie A giants at the end of the season.

The future of the Italian international will depend on Conte and if he wants to keep him at the club, as Juventus will no doubt have to change their transfer policy as they are set to lose out on million in Champions League revenue.

So now that we're out of the Champions League, we're having money problems again? Or does Conte just want more funds for transfers?

Juventus are looking to offer Adrien Rabiot a way out of Paris Saint-Germain despite the attentions of Premier League heavyweights Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.

According to Tuttosport, Juventus could seek some young blood this winter with France youth international Rabiot on the agenda. The 18-year-old was subject to some interest in the summer, but PSG manager Laurent Blanc revealed last month offers had been turned down.

Chelsea are also believed to be in the running for Rabiot, who is under contract at PSG until 2015. Juventus boast their recent title-winning pedigree and will look to bolster efforts towards a third after their Champions League exit.

The Old Lady were beaten 1-0 in a snow-swept final group game against Galatasaray.

Midfielder Rabiot has turned out 14 times in Ligue 1 this season but with just six starts, and there is a sense of dissatisfaction.

He had claimed back in November that a move could be in the offing if Blanc did not find his way to giving him a regular berth.

"I try to enjoy every moment at PSG, but if things do not go as I wish I could leave this club, as has happened to many players before me," Rabiot had said.

With the CL exit,it was always likely that the budget was going to take a hit.

I think all these rumors are bogus for now because its very unlikely none of these scenarios are going to transpire in January.
