Re: - Il Polpo Paul | Paul Pogba
I always mentioned that if Juve paid up, Pogba would prefer to stay... i just didn't believe Juve would step up like that. They matched PSG's wage offer lol.

Juventus rejected Pogba offers
Paul Pogba’s agent says Juventus turned down two offers for the midfielder this summer, and calls his client ‘the most expensive player in the world’.
The Frenchman recently signed a new contract with Juventus which will see the former Manchester United man remain in Turin until 2019, and Mino Raiola says his client is happy in Turin.
“Pogba is the most expensive player in the world,” Raiola told Gr Parlamento in regard to what kind of fee his client would fetch were he to leave the Bianconeri.
“The relationship with Juventus is fantastic. How can I argue with Pavel Nedved?
“Juventus are strong enough to keep him for a long time, and we’ve just renewed his contract until 2019.
“Of course it’s hard for calcio to keep a star like that, not for the club [Juve], but for the League [Serie A].
“However, Paul is happy at Juventus and doesn’t want to leave the club.

Re: - Il Polpo Paul | Paul Pogba
He's become a monster... still think he should be played down the middle though. Playing on a side is wasting him a bit. At NT, Deschamps has said he'll play him in the middle so he touches as many balls as possible with Schneiderlin and Matuidi backing him up... basically the Zidane role.
With Juve do the same once Pirlo moves on?

Naah, Pirlo plays as a DM... Pogba has a more attacking role, whereas CM8 is the one who should cover Pirlo's position. @Sportczczczzczczy

‘Pogba will leave at right time’
Paul Pogba’s agent says the midfielder will leave Juventus - but only when the time is right.
The 21-year-old has been touted as one of the most talented young players in Europe, and signed a new contract in October which runs until 2019.
However, the player’s agent doesn’t believe that his client will remain in Italy for the long-term.
“I knew his talent, but when one moves to Italy so young you don’t expect them to establish themselves immediately,” Mino Raiola reflected in an interview with Mediaset.
“He’s grown rapidly, even I didn’t expect it.
“Will he stay in Italy? No. It will be up to them [Juventus], we have renewed his contract, we’re happy with Juventus but when the time is right to leave we’ll take that opportunity.
“We’ll see, I don’t know when the right time will come…”

For the right money, and if they are re-invested I have nothing against

man i hope not. Now that he's paid to his true value and he's happy... i see no reason why he should leave. I was just upset that he was being offered poverty contracts before but that was resolved.
It's up to Juve of course... but i would hope that they would think about competing in CL. Selling Pogba would give a very negative message. It's like the Spurs selling Bale or Man U selling Ronaldo.

If the rumors are true and its for Cavani + Veratti, I 'll sign with both hands.

Well we better stfu about economic issues and invest in the *bleep* starting XI next Summer instead of pretending we're broke because we're already regressing somewhat because our transfer strategy consists of getting lucky with scraps/rejects/unknowns or buying proven mediocre players.
If I was Pogba in my mid 20's and by then probably the most renowned midfielder in the World, and my club kept bringing in nobodies when 6 or 7 other teams actually tried to improve the squad i'd be off too.

I know but I am saying in what scenario I am ready to let him go, or what players I expect to replace him i.e. players of what level.

PSG would just offer 100 mil and nobody tbh. It would be Cavani and 40-50 mil otherwise (unless they have a higher bidder for Cavani).
Juve would jump at any offer of 90 mil or more in a heartbeat.

Juve should only do a Zidane-esque sale, a world record breaking +100M with which they can replace him with multiple WC players like Buffon, Nedved, Thuram.
He's already the best player at Juve and one of the best in the world and his development since he came at Juve has been phenomenal and he's only 21 so we'll never know how further he can improve.

I'd do that when he becomes 29 or so... Not now. We sold Zidane when he was in his late 20s

In today's paper. Allegri:
"In regards to Pogba, we must live it day by day. We don't know what's going to happen in June. A lot of clubs are interested in him, which is normal. He's young, very good and he hasn't achieved his ceiling as a player."

Pogba was also on target and this week agent Mino Raiola suggested Juventus couldn’t afford to resist €100m offers.
“Juventus can afford Pogba because he already plays for Juventus,” replied Allegri. “It’s only normal that all of Europe wants him, as he’s only 21 years old and immensely talented.

Re: - Il Polpo Paul | Paul Pogba
Paul Pogba declared he is “worth €0” and must give his all to become a champion at Juventus.
The 21-year-old French midfielder was on target again in tonight’s 4-0 victory over Verona.
“I am happy because we are playing very well and today kept a clean sheet. For me personally I am happy, I want to continue like this and give everything for this team,” Pogba told Sky Sport Italia.
“I need to do more. I want to be a champion like Andrea, Gigi and Chiellini. I want to be one of the best in the world and must do everything to reach that level.
“I hope for the Ballon d’Or in future, but I have a lot of work for that.”
This week Pogba’s agent said he’s worth in the region of €100m, but the player himself has a very different view.
“I am worth €0. I am worth nothing unless I work on the field in every single game.”

I am not happy to hear marrota say that we may lose him when a big offer comes in the future... (cuz we can't give him the big wages)
