Yeah, 3rd kit looks like someone pissed on it. Home & Away kits are awesome, as always.

The third kit seems not only horrendous but pointless, whilst the thick horizontal stripe on the bottom of the away kit seems incredibly unflattering. The home kit is the only kit with potential, though I'm waiting to see what it looks like on the players. Personally pessimistic, though if made well it could end up working.

Laughing if that's the real color or the picture lacks quality because the away kit to me looks like a kit that changed his colors while watching using bleach

I don't like the away kit, but the home kit looks in par with the quality of home kits we usually have.

3rd kit is either a ridiculous joke, or is a result of the piss poor season we have been in.

Other than the sponsor logo I think it looks solid. Then again, I also like the grey Barca one posted earlier and I liked LFC's grey kit from 08/09.

I actually really like the grey top for Newcastle, especially vertical text as a faux-pinstripe.

The problem for me is the gray-on-gray combination with the shorts. Swap those for black shorts and socks and you've got a winner.

The idea behind Milan's 3rd kit is from Galliani. Since Galliani always speaks about Milan's Dutch and Brazilian Pedigree and having a large say on our 3rd kits (oddly[similar to abolishing the black 3rd kits due to 'bad luck]). This 3rd kit in particular with the green is derived from the Brazilian green and homage to Milan's success contributed by the Brazilians.

Personally think that kit was shown in poor lighting as here it looks a little better:

2014/15 Kit Thread - Page 8 BmpHMCDCMAAwtnG

As for our home kits: 2014/15 Kit Thread - Page 8 Bm32iUJIYAAtiJZ

The Scudetto winning kits of Allegri's first year, 2008/09 and this years are probably my all time favourite designs given I appreciate modern designs and fits. As for this, I won't comment on the inclusion of the St.Georges Cross replacing our logo as I cannot say I am a fan of it. The premise of it being a large variation from our previous kits will add the extra gleam yet it may just grow on me.

Never was a fan of changing the logo on club shirts as Liverpool with their stupendously creative WARRIORZz has used the Liverbird Lark in place of the logo 2 years straight now and will continue next year.

Agreed that the third kit looks better there, far less pale and anaemic. It actually has a certain simplicity and elegance there, however I simply find it a tad absurd that we've gone with the colours of Brazil at a moment when we're short of actual Brazilian stars.

Disliking the home kit immensely in those shots, it makes De Jong look bloated, however I'll wait until I see it in motion to pass a final judgement.

Roma and PSG remain the picks of the upcoming season in my eyes.

Usually, I wait to see kits when worn by the squad (within the field of grass and the environment) and it usually ends up looking quite better than the empty husks that are displayed in the light. Absurd? You know Galliani, musing on the past even if it has little to do with the current situation; opting for a Brazilian homage when outside Kaka a 3rd choice GK and an obese Robinho are our only Brazilians, is rather peculiar.

Home kit shots and the one Forza posted below will look unflattering given the ample amount of white light exposure on our players. Can't wait to see them in training.

As for our away kit....I do not see the need to replicate a cummerband (used to hide the belly for someone wearing a suit) yet I suppose it was tailormade for Mexes.

Which is a similar sentiment of distaste I expressed with Warrior changing the club logo on all kits, as if you will change the logo on heart; make it within the 3rd if not at least the 2nd kit. Warrior for the 3rd straight year are now using the classic liverbird logo in place of the Liverpool crest. The cross should have been used on the away/3rd yet NOT on the Rossonero shirt.

St. Georges Cross should have been implemented within the kit in a different manner, similar to this particularly impressive kit:

2014/15 Kit Thread - Page 8 Interaway

I personally surmise that the logo change coincides with Barbara planning to redesign the logo for the season after the next.

That Inter away kit was superb.

FYI, with reference to Milan, it's called the Cross of St. Ambrose, not St. George.

It's the same thing. Only in Milano, Genoa or Padua it is attributed colloquially to St. Ambrose since he was a bishop in the named places yet the cross originally is St George's.
