Switched off the TV after 86 mins and i see two goals scored.

Anyways deserved victory and Barcelona totally outplayed them over the two legs.

City will have a lot of work to do to reach to the level of the top European teams.Having a big wallet alone isnt going to solve everything.

Then again you see PSG and I think the money has brought them to a level where you think they might be able to do something big. But it might be the fact that they've been extremely lucky with CL draws in the past couple of years. I'd like to see how they measure up against a big team.

City needed to play with this mentality in the first leg.

Aguero was hugely disappointing.

The referee got a number of calls wrong, but it was a difficult game to ref, there were lots of semi-fouls, standing tackles and that sort of stuff that you can either whistle or not.

Barca were the better team, but City are probably feeling quite disappointed as they played pretty good here. Too bad they went into the first game, their home game, with a small-team mentality and lost the tie there.

As i feared, playing Aguero alone up top was a terrible idea by City. Very bad coaching coming into the game, it didnt help that kun was disappointing as well.

Oh well, City have never been past the round of 16, ever. They have glaring weaknesses in the way their team is build and that needs to be addressed.

Man City pressed well in the second half especially towards the end. Their finishing was a letdown though (Nasri should have scored that beautiful assist by Silva)

But still totally deserved by Barca all in all.

Some bad calls there.

PSG have the luxury of playing in weaker league where they can rest all their star players for important games because even their depth options are good enough to beat teams in Ligue 1.There's no one to match them atm.City on the other hand play in a tough league with heavy competition so thats where priorities will come into play.

Money is the foundation ofcourse but with proper planning i think City could've gotten to the top probably earlier than expected.
