spot on Sepi, although there were other factors involved but Wenger has to think big time before he faces Oil City, i hope they do a last favour for us and ChelseaNatalie Portman wrote:I can't fathom how Wenger would think Arteta OX midfield is secure vs Chelsea n benches flamini. It defies belief

Cahill
Underrated defender. And not just because of that last ditch tackle.

I think Matic would have made a Lion's invisible contribution to Chelsea's title winning in this season if they manage to win...brilliant player

Btw, losing 6-0 to a coach like Busino says it all about today's performance and wenger's failure today

Really classy by Mou there. Going down before FT and without shaking Wenger's hand.

Losing 6-0, on your 1000th game.

Re: Barclay's Premier League discussion '13-'14 V9
I guess that settles it that Arsenal are no longer in the title race?
Chelsea have a shoe in for the title now. Their remaining games:
Palace (A), Stoke (H), Swansea (A), Sunderland (H), Liverpool (A), Norwich (H), Cardiff (A).
I don't think they're going to drop points to anyone else but us.

We will have to see how city fares when they are level on games. You guys are the only team I'm worried about next month. I feel we have a bad record against Liverpool in the last few years, and the rest of our fixtures are against the lower PL teams which we have a problem against, because we choke against those.

Re: Barclay's Premier League discussion '13-'14 V9
We were out of the title race when we lost 5-1 to Liverpool or drew 2-2 with Southampton. Or when Ramsey and Walcott got injured.
It's not like i like being a pessimist but those who believed we would win the title were delusional.

City home and Everton away are the only difficult matches now. 4th is ours.

We could add ozil and wilshere to that too.
It's familiar isn't it? Putting together a title challenge for the first half of a season, then having the core of the team decimated with injuries, always the irreplaceable players. That's how it used to go before the last two seasons, and now we challenged at the top of the table again low and behold it happens again. The whole thing is pointless when it happens every damn time
