If Falcao goes to City, which is very likely right now, it looks like Negredo will be off to Valencia. So it looks like they've given up on Hernandez, which makes it likely he's off to Juve.

Real Madrid joins the race for Hernandez

Real Madrid has decided to join the race to acquire Chicharito Hernandez. Carlo Ancelotti likes the Mexican striker very much, who is also being pursued by Juventus. The merengues are negotiation with Manchester United on the basis of a loan with option to buy. Juventus is monitoring the situation, they are waiting to see the developments first to then decide what to do. Real Madrid has entered the race, Chicharito is a concrete target for them.

For all that moaning about a lack of play time, then to go to Real Madrid to get benched again. I must say, I've lost a bit of respect for him. If he didn't complain, I wouldn't have any problems with this move.

Anyway, £16mil is a very good price.

RM laughing at us yet again. They bitch us yet again. FFS...just sell him off. Option to buy? LOL. He's most likely gonna be on their bench for the whole season, maybe a few starts in the coppa del ray or when they're battering teams, give him a few mins, they'll make a fair amount of profit for the year based off hist shirt sales in Mexico, then give him back to us, while they go and purchase a much better striker next summer.

Leaving us with another player we want to get rid of.

We are woeful when it comes to selling our players or trying to get rid of players for a fair amount of buck. cleverley could be the rare exception, providing the alleged 8/9 million move to Villa goes through...other than that, it reaks of poor negotiation and desperation to get rid of players clubs know we want rid of desperately.

A mis mash of poor planning.

There's so many different things being said, some are saying just loan, some say there is a loan + option to buy.

Really we should have made at least £30 mil from the sales of Kagawa, Hernandez and Nani instead we've made £6mil.

@Lumiere, mixed reports, some say we're done, some say we haven't. I wouldn't expect anything though.

I'll lose respect for Chicha if he goes to RM. He's been moaning, being a bitch moaning on social media about not starting games, cut a frustrated figure on the pitch, his national team manager has told him the importance of first team football, he has other clubs that are interested in him and in need of him, yet he decides to go and sit on RM's bench? cmon.

Reports are saying they are about get Falcao too rofl

So he will def be 3rd/4th choice again. What's the point.

Yeah, really, doesn't make any sense. If Hernandez decides to stay, it allows Welbeck to leave, and he'll be a 3rd choice striker in a two striker system, where both strikers are injury prone. Even without CL football, he'd get a lot of play time here. Really has gone down in my estimations.

He's gone down my estimation too. His attitude in the MK Dons match was appaling imo. To me, it looked like he didn't give a damn.

Which is understandable to some extent, but he's the last person I would have thought to be like that.

If that's true, then our business looks like it's done.

Blind, Herrera and maybe Di Maria (should LVG choose to keep him in midfield) will carry us through to January. We should be alright.

There was rumours from several sources that we had a bid for Schneiderlan rejected? Apparently Mitten broke the news on a forum.

Maybe we'll go in for him again with an improved bid. He's allegedly willing to move. Ya never know..

^ I would take Schneiderlin in a heartbeat. I watched Sporting vs Benfica today Carvalho didn't play well. For this transfer to happen it would have had to happen this summer, since it looks like we'll go for Strootman.
