Pity that. Especially as I expect them to be more entertaining than the CL borefest so far.

Re: Europa League 2014-15 - Pt.1
Young Boys 1 - 1 Everton. Former PSG striker Hoarau put YB ahead with a curler from outside the box, but Lukaku has just equalised with a header.
Now Coleman has put them 2-1 up.
Inaki Williams is the first black player to score in Athletic's history, apparently.
Else where, Gervinho has put Roma ahead, and Napoli are destroying Trabzonspor 3-0.

Italy is worried for Isis threats about Roma but Feyenord ultras anticipated it
Insane incivility by them at Roma, Italian televisione news began with it , I've never seen similar things made by foreign ultras in Italy , even much worse than Saint Etienne ultras who threw
firecrackers at Milano Metro obliging its closure
Piazza di Spagna as a hell.
I am curious to watch what Uefa will do now ...

TOTTENHAM (4-2-3-1): Lloris; Walker, Vertonghen, Fazio, Davies; Paulinho, Bentaleb; Chadli, Eriksen, Townsend; Soldado.
FIORENTINA (3-5-2): Tatarusanu; Savic, Gonzalo, Basanta; Joaquin, Fernandez, Pizarro, Valero, Pasqual; Salah, Gomez.
Davies for Rose is a great upgrade
but Harry Kane benched for Soldado ruins all FFS

What has happened to Roma ?
Most surprising result so far is Dnipro 2-0 Olympiacos.
Love the EL. Always entertaining !
Can't wait for our match

Roma has never cared about the EL.they qualify every year and every year they "flop". They're like udinese, part of the problem of Italian football.

It's a massive trophy though. With Roma not having one a major trophy in a while (Same with Liverpool), and them being pretty much out of title race in Italy and Copa Italia now, this is a fantastic chance for them to go all the way and win a European trophy.
It's not like their place in top 3 of Serie A is in danger and they need to prioritize either.

Re: Europa League 2014-15 - Pt.1
Not it has not do with " snubbing " , Roma is simply in a crap period ( and not even short ) , it doesn't win at Olimpico since November, even Cesena and Empoli have a better score in last period. Even in Coppa Italia 2 matches and 1 tie and 1 loss at Olimpico.
I wrote it in my post too so I am not really surprised about this result , they are risking also the 2nd place
About Celtic - Inter, fantastic scenic dseign d by Celtic fans for the match , scenic design to remind Champions League 1967 won exactly again us
The whole stadium to sing YNWA now, amazing atmosphere
About our lineup, Carrizo to play in place of Handanovic
I never will realize the trend to play with tne 2nd GK in Europa League ... I remind Tottenham with Freidel old 41 in place of Lloris against us in 2013.

Re: Europa League 2014-15 - Pt.1
Roma have completely collapsed since Nasri knocked them out. Sad to see.
Wolfsburg are the real deal unlike Schalke and Neverkusen. Dost with 10 goals in his last 6 games.
