Since Gil won't post Hazard's compilation this match. I thought I might highlight his key moments of today's match.

I don't understand why Mike Dean is given some of the biggest matches in the PL. Guy is without a doubt one of the worst referees out there.

Re: Barclay's Premier League '14-'15 discussion V2
Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini, speaking to BBC Sport: "It is not a result that I want, not what we deserved but the game was very similar to the game against Stoke. Ten players defended their own half, they scored a counter attack and they continued to defend until the end. The result is not what both teams did during 90 minutes.
"I am happy because our team played in one way, we continued playing with 11 players, trying to score, and with one player less trying not to have another counter attack and concede a goal. I am very happy with the mentality of our team.
"It is so important to play like a big team, and not like a small team. I would not be happy to play that way. We continue with the same ambition, teams will find it hard to beat us. The team performance was very good.
Is it me or Pellegrini seems to be in troll mode these days

Awkward moment when Pelle looks at the table and realises he's 5 points behind that 'Small club'.

Personally rather support the team that actually tries to play against the big teams.
But that's just me.

Negative tactics are associated with smaller clubs.
Positive tactics are associated with bigger clubs.
So essentially what this argument is Kick, that Chelsea alter their system and play negative tactics to gain maximum points in big games (which to their credit works).
So you see Pelle rightly calls Chelsea for what they are in big games, a small mentality side.

Re: Barclay's Premier League '14-'15 discussion V2
But what's the point complaining about it? It's like complaining about bad weather. Everyone knows how Mourinho approaches these games, everyone knows how Chelsea approach these games. The only solution to it is to just do the same. Stay back to prevent counters, turn the game into a borefest and ideally get one of their players sent off. Pep mastered this very well in 2011.

There aren't big and small club tactics for me, only right and wrong tactics.

Wtf.
Do you even read what you write?
It's a "small mentality side" to get the most out of a positive result?
