I know. again, continuity which is key to their long success of Fergie. That's why they get away with a relatively weaer central midfield since their wingers are amazing, and Young just adds more width.

I was reading on VillaTalk about Downing, and Young comparisons, and most of them reckoned Downing is actually faster than Young in a short sprint. It'd be a pleasant surprise, I'll be able to judge both players' pace better in Sept/Oct after a run of games. Downing & Young are different winger style though tbh, and hard to compare. It's like comparing Valencia and Nani. Valencia is much more direct, while Nani is more tricky.

Although i agree Young is the better player thats why we too chased him before he signed for United but Downing is the more pacier and has better crosses.
