I wonder if we will see blue socks full time?

I personally like Nike designs better then Adidas. I prefer the slick look over Adidas classic look.

The Nike deal is hardly surprising, but I am glad we're going to sign it, I think Nike can produce some real nice kits.

In other news, Chelsea and Utd are leading the charge in trying to get the number of Subs on the bench in a match increased from 7 to 9.

As long as they more closely resemble, say, PSG's than, say, United's, I'll be thrilled.

Well, we'll still only be able to make 3 subs, it will just allow us to give youth players more of a chance to debut.

But is it stipulated that this augmentation of the bench is to be filled only by youth players? Cause if not, there's nothing to stop any club from just stacking it with a few more first-teamers.

Just a way of saying more youth players are getting a go when realistically they'll still be unused subs 90% of the time while the next Pato/Falcalo/Mazinga gets the majority of the minutes

I think it was somewhere in the region of 60m Pounds to get out of Adidas deal, and yes, it was 6 years left.

Matt Law is reporting that both Courtois and Costa are keen to sign new deals with the club.

Both currently contracted until 2019, would like get another 2 years added on and ~50k Pounds extra a week.

Lets make it happen!
