As I feared, he is a typical mourinho player; has the power and physical attributes but lacks the magical touch and creativity. Another work horse with rigid legs lacking any agility required to produce fine passes and dangerous crosses.

This wont change I am afraid. It's part of his profile as a player and nothing much can be done about it. That's probably why Chelsea went after him rather than Douglas Costa because he fits the Mourinho checklist.

It doesnt matter. All it takes is 5 mins of play to know the attributes of a player. Trust me on that. I talk from experience.

He will improve, no doubt. But he's just another mediocre player who will not transform this chelsea side.
