Semis are Inter-Tigres and Riber-Guarani/Racing.

Right now I'd give the edge to Inter against Tigres, but who knows in two months.

River automatically going to the CWC, bc they wouldn't want a Mexican teams representing conmebol.

The final leg will also be played in the Monumental, bc they are trying their hardest to not to have a Mexican champion. And I know the rule was already in place, but I remember they randomly inserted it in the middle of a cup when there were several Mexican teams in quarter finals.

The final can definitely go either way. Tigres have improved their squad tremendously with players like Gignac and Aquino who dominated Inter over both legs. But, since the group stages everything seems to be going to Ribers way. I don't know how much they have done with transfers, but they also have the advantage of their tournament not stopping and staying in shape while the Mexican league is just about to start.

The country plays in the Copa America, why not allow their clubs to play in the region's premier club competition.

Not only does it conflict with Liga MX but why not give those extra berths to South American countries? Besides CONCACAF already has their own Champions league

Besides, Mexico's continued participation in Copa America is already being questioned. The past 2 editions they've sent either a young squad or their B-team because it conflicts with the Gold Cup. There isn't any point on inviting CONCACAF members anymore, only reason is to gain experience at a very tough tournament.
