I personally would risk having just Costa, Greizmann and Bamford upfront with Greizmann playing in the wing occasionlly.

Obviously mou wouldn't do this so be prepared for another year of Drogba.

I'd be very pissed off if Mikel went for anything less than £8M.

It's hard to put a value considering Fellaini went for what £30M?

For a backup GK, I really want someone HG. Begovic is a top keeper but shouldn't really be a backup.

Stones has bags of potential, I wouldn't mind doing a deal either to buy now and loan back for a season or just buying him outright.

That being said, being with us right now might not be best for his development.

I imagine JT last full season as a undisputed starter may be next season? After that I'm sure he'll step back a bit and would be the perfect mentor for Stones.

We probably have a decent relationship with Everton, as we loaned and sold them the Belgian Heskey.

Coleman if I'm honest isn't a player I really want, however if the price is right then I wouldn't cry about it.

Tbh, the same could have been said about Zouma but he seems to be coming along fine.

A loan back would be ideal, tbh but I'd certainly take Stones over Godin.

Yeah but Zouma has been 3rd choice CB and also a DM.

You would imagine Stones would be 4th choice so his time is more limited, although hasn't Stones played at fullback before?

I'm really worried about our homegrown situation, lets hope RLC is as good as we are made to believe.

Yeah, Stones can play RB.

Homegrown doesn't worry me too much. Next season we'll have:

New GK, Blackman, Terry, Cahill, New Def*, Fabregas, Loftus-cheek, Brown and hopefully Bamford.

*Could be Stones or an academy player.

Apparently we're going for Rob Green again. Now that QPR are relegated, the price tag seems to be 2m.

Greizmann's agent has also reportedly said he is ready to do business with us. That can only mean good news.

If we can secure Greizmann and Green early in the window, we can then focus on a CM and a defender and we're set. Thumbs up

Someone who is experienced, homegrown and cheap?

There isn't many better. Maybe Shay Given but he's been a scrub for a while. Plus with QPR going down, he'll be easy to get.

My memory of Rob Green is very horrible. I will feel very much uncomfortable even if I see him in the dugout. There are many other keepers who are homegrown.
