I don't rate Benzema as striker but he was class today he spread the attack, provided key passes and everything. That guy is not for striker but trequartista. RM should have never sold Di Maria.

his finishing is very good, so are his runs and he was very aggressive this game as well, your entitled to your opinion though, just don't see what he is lacking in the striker department

Just finished watching the game.

Wow, the finishing was awful from both sides.

A lot of "Star players" out there for both sides who wasted a ton of great chances.

It's the CL Semis, both teams created premium chances and both teams wasted them.  

IMO both midfields did there job in creating opportunities but again the finishing was terrible.  Pretty disappointing for the caliber of players on the pitch.

If they were a bunch of half chances I  wouldn't even say anything but my god this game should have had 2-3 more goals.

Yeah that's why I said my personal opinion. For me he is more for a trequartista or inside forward or AM but...not CF or ST.

He is not a killer for me, and CF/ST has to be a killer. If he had better finishing he would be monster with that tech. He has average finishing to good finishing at best, I don't like his positioning also.

Its like watching someone overly creative playing as CF but has average finishing.

He is a great football player but not in the same league as Ibra for example

but yet again its just an opinion not a fact I might be wrong

I would like to see Benzema play SS next to somebody like Cavani tbh

ok fair enough devi, this might be somewhat irrelevant but have you ever seen benzema at lyon? he is capable but this is cr team and he clearly plays for him tbh, i so won't agree with the lack of killer instinct, his finishing is better than average as well, i feel that he was more or less forced into the play making role

if the team went along with the 442 for the majority of the season he would have shown much more class and killer instinct imo

Tbh few minutes not much.

I used to think that CR spends to many balls and he wants the team to play for him, I mean I saw him today getting angry at his players for shooting on goal and not passing to him when he was in not so good position. But still there's no better and hardworking professional out there...
