Imbula is the type of player that they would've signed 3 years go for chump change and then sold this year for 23 million .

I don't think a team will pay over 80m for Pogba and not own his image rights.

Juventus are right to believe it will though, it's like when an NBA player rejects the bare minimum has a breakout year and then get's paid max dollars.

You have to think that tournament would cement Pogba's place in football's elite and then thus they could command more money for him. Otherwise they would just sell him now, because unless you believe you won't get more than 80m it wouldn't make much sense.

Well that's true even if we think he played bad, all that matters is the hype overcomes everything

It's like how Messi was player of the tournament, there comes a point that hype overshadows what your actual performance.

Pogba would have to be really really bad for his value to decrease at that tournament, where as he wouldn't have to do much to increase it.
