But they can technically sign players.

we can sell players even in a transfer ban, we can buy players but not register them to the team until January.
so with this new winger/right back we bought from sevilla, he's going to not play for barcelona till january and is going to pull a suarez and train till then

Explain how the great Pardew could hardly get a point without him then? much less a win He carried us for 3 years, i'd snap both of my legs off to have him back.

With Cabaye on the pitch we were a top 6 team, without him we struggled to beat relegation teams
