No he wouldn't.

Sterling can actually create and unsettle defenses by himself. He actually has his own ideas.... What is Pedro gonna do other than wait for a through ball? And if the team can't create chances for him and ask Pedro to create chances as a winger it will make a great comedy on the pitch.

lol as I say i never liked Pedro and i'm not exaggerating anything. He is hard working, possesses great technique and would be a great fit for Chelsea for instance. Hazard doing his fancy dribbling on left flank and Pedrito doing the hard work on the right. I'm sure he'd have a very good understanding with Costa aswell.
