Paco already answered that criticism. If he parks the airplane chances that he'll get the 3 points aren't exponentially higher. Maybe he'll lose 0-2 instead of 2-5, maybe in 1 out of 50 games he'll manage a 0-0. But the way he coaches now he provides at least some entertainment while going down.

Bailly got sent off and they got a last minute goal. Denis Suarez played well though, got a goal as well. The season is still long, Shrink, we can make CL imo

ACtually I remember reading an interview with him about exactly that, and he persuasively and logically argued that it's much more successful for Rayo to be playing all or nothing, win or lose, since they get some wins that way while drawing a lot would be more dangerous in terms of not getting enough points.
