Stuttgart vs Dortmund kicked off a moment later due to a minute of silence for the victims of a train accident in Bad Aibling today. The full host of Dortmund fans entered the stadium 20 minutes late to protest against the expensive tickets in Stuttgart and threw some hundred tennis balls onto the pitch in the 25th minutes, causing a short pause in which the tennis balls had to be cleared away.

2nd Bundesliga club Heidenheim gave Hertha a good fight and even were the first to score, but in the end Hertha prevailed and finally get a step closer to their "Finale Daheim" (the DFB-Pokal final in their home stadium).

2nd Bundesliga club VfL Bochum gave a better account of themselves against Bayern than many a Bundesliga club. After Jan Simunek was sent off, it got increasingly more difficult for them.

On current form, Dortmund will wreck Bayern.

Sadly, will probably change before the final...

Well, and RWO managed to get ousted 4:6 in the Niederrheinpokal semi final against 5th division WSV after penalties in Wuppertal - so again no RWO in next season's DFB-Pokal
