that Rooney wrongful offside call is annoying now

should have got 3 pts but Coloccini was immense

Coloccini's best performance in like two years Laughing

BTW it was offside, BT showed another angle of it Rooney was leaning offside.

It was very close though.

Saw that same replay. Mind you, that linesman vision is amazing to pick that up.

I thought Mata was excellent again, has had a good start to the season, especially when he moved centrally in the 2nd half

Everyone is going on about these loads of chances Yanited had Laughing

Must of missed Krul making a million saves instead of one or two, we were under pressure due to sitting deep but Krul was hardly forced to be a hero other than Hernandez save.

Lots of shots and possession but actual chances? nah.

It' weird to think this match will finish 0-0 , pleasant match
Coloccini was a wall. Good match played by Mitrovic too, and I noticed he has already learnt the English Laughing
United missed just the goal

Tbf each of Mata, Depay and Januzaj likes to dwell on the ball. It's hard for the lone striker when the play always stops for a couple of seconds when the guys behind you get on the ball. Like, what should Rooney do?

United are not taking the risk that is why they are unable to create. When they started taking risks they created after 80 mins...but it was too late.

Also think that's because we decided to sit deep and get a point.

I'll probably say this a lot throughout the season but I thought Ander Herrera could have come on to provide not only creativity but runs from midfield. As it was, with Memphis always cutting inside and Januzaj and Rooney being anonymous it got too predictable.

There is a very very apparent lack of quality strikers lol.

Awful second half by Newcastle. Mitrovic was unable to hold onto a single ball that was played his way and there was noone there to connect with when he did. Dumb Cisse managed to squander the best chance of the game what an idiot

Coloccini and Taylor with the game of their lives defensively. Mbemba and Haidara where continuously beaten even Ayoze had to step in and cut off alot of attacks

Anyway hope McClaren realised after today that this team cannot play 4231.

Mainly because he was being fouled every time Laughing

Really pissed me off actually, but when Smalling was slightly touched a free kick would get awarded immediately.

I always think just the top teams can play with 4-2-3-1

Depends on the players really, we just don't have the type of players to do it properly.

433 should be the way to go.

Told you this last week

Anita-Colback is the worst possible pivot you can put out.

4-2-3-1 can't work when you have absolute average players playing in the most vital parts

lol, this is well funny:

Sunderland's owner Ellis Short writing in the match program: "The club has paid out £21.5m in the transfer market this summer. Has the money been spent wisely? No - that much is clear and ultimately that is my fault. But it is not a result of lack of ambition or commitment."

Sunderland's signings are Coates, Matthews, Lens, Kaboul and M'Vila. Way to motivate the new boys after two games, lol.
