New Bet
I will put my house on it, and my 20 sheep.

(GSM) - Manchester City forward Carlos Tevez could quit football if his passion for the game does not return.
Tevez claims his passion for the game was dealt a severe blow after Argentina were eliminated from the World Cup.
Argentina were among the favorites to win the World Cup in South Africa but exited the tournament after a 4-0 defeat at the hands of Germany in the quarter-finals last month.
"It's the hardest thing I've experienced in football," Tevez told the Estudio Futbol programme on TyC Sports on Thursday.
"And now, telling my family I want to give up football, is not easy.
"I have less and less will to carry on in Europe. I'll be here two or three more years and then I'll go back (home)," the Manchester City striker added.
"I've got to see if I carry on playing ... it's difficult to quit now but if football doesn't make me happy and doesn't fulfil me as it used to, it's hard to carry on playing."
Tevez spoke a day after Argentina beat Ireland 1-0 in a friendly in Dublin. It was their first game under interim coach Sergio Batista, but Tevez did not play as he was ruled out with flu.
"I find it hard to get that 4-0 out of my head," Tevez added.
"I was convinced (we would win)...I dreamt about the cup, getting back to Argentina with it, it's all I thought about ...(losing) hit me really badly."

Hell after that pk, pretty sure he wants to walk into a moving golf car filled with WC winners and continental cup winners.

Re: New Bet
Totally agree. I said this in another thread. Man City should go to Brazil ASAP and take that 40 million for him ASAP and replace him with Kun!!!!! His body language is terrible and something bad is about to happen to him. I could see him Quiting , or pulling a Ronaldinho and gaining 50 pounds, or beating up some chick and getting thrown in jail. Either which way, City are crazy if they are thinking about making him stay there and play out this season.

Re: New Bet
He wont quit, but Id be willing to bet that now City will look to offload him allot faster than what they were willing to do so before. He's a bad investment and they should hurry up and take the offer from Corinthians

Re: New Bet
He is obviously a crazy person. The funniest thing about his whole saga is that he says he hates Manchester. What's funny is that he lived in Manchester before accepting a transfer to MANCHESTER. I mean did he think the city would be much better or the city would shift closer to Argentina because he switched teams?

Re: New Bet
Before the penalty shoot-out, he was the only player to not really take part in their motivation round-yell circle thing. You could see he was going to miss.
He just isn't there.
He'll become some sort of crazy drugs lord in South-America or something.

Yes because i bet he's sick and tired of being a prolific striker and wants to go back to the good old days when he used to score 1 every 3 games
