What "normal form"? He hasn't kicked a ball for more than 4 weeks because of injury. Laughing

And as a consequence Celta are showing relegation form since Nolito can't bail them out anymore. At least inform yourself and check the lineups and not just Celta's results before making outlandish claims. Laughing

They are looking at a list of players but it's not easy, and there has not been a lot of moment. Despite all this, Barcelona are confident all will end well next week.

It's true he might turn out to be vital still this season but if all that is true then what a another load of crap it will be.

I'm sure he'll be a great addition but I'd rather count on luck than waste lots of money on a player around his thirties...

Just buy Leroy Sane and stop messing around for once ffs. Young and insanely talented surely many clubs will target him so we've gotta move fast. He'd that kinda player I'd not mind to spend 50M on despite his experience.

Maybe they'll try to get Sane instead of pogba (I hope) as a cheaper option.

I'm not talking about these weeks he has been injured. Previously, he was already back to normal. He had a tremendous first 10 games, and then got back to the mean, as I predicted.
Don't get me wrong. Nolito is a good player and we should have kept him instead of giving him away to Celta. But it makes no sense to sign him now.

Signing Denis Suarez is just plain retarded. We have Turan, Iniesta, Rakitic, Roberto, Busquets, Samper and injured Rafinha, all of them can play in Denis Suarez position and except Samper are better.

Lucho has a hard on for him though, which means that out of the thousands of players in Europe we could be scouting or looking at, Lucho already made up his mind on his usual 29 year old La Liga signing that he likes to shoot for.

First of all there aren't "thousands of" players at Nolito's level. I'll go out on a limb and claim there isn't even one player for around € 18M who is better than Nolito. Feel free to name one. Those at a similar level or higher cost an arm and a leg.

Point two: His age is not an issue, don't know where this age hard-on is coming from. Barca doesn't need a "youngstar" sitting on the bench until Messi declines in 5 or 6 years. Laughing

Newsflash: Messi is still only 28. So is Suarez and Neymar is 23. What the club needs is a good veteran who is willing to sit on the bench and rotate. What the club needs is another Pedro type player. Selling Pedro for € 30M and replacing him with a superior player for € 18M, who also is only 1 year older than Pedro by the way, is a very good deal.

Point three: La Masia sucks donkey balls. If the best La Masia can come up with is Adama, Munir, Sandro and Deulofeu, don't be surprised that money has to be invested in the transfer market.

Nolito is proven in La Liga, he played for Barcelona already and wouldn't act like a primadonna when he has to sit on the bench he sits.

Turan is also 28 I believe. And he's doing fine. So stop with this crap that age is so important for you. We need a bench warmer for the MSN era. He seems the perfect fit for me. + I trust LE and I realize this isn't FIFA career mode.

lmao As if "just scouting better" could so easily find you a better player than Nolito. We're talking about the best attacking player in La Liga outside of the big two. 33 goals and 20 assists in 71 starts + big performances against both Barca and Madrid while playing for a club like Celta from the wing is bordering on world class form. He's actually way too good to sit on the bench for Barca. Could start for any team bar Madrid, Bayern and Barca. Luckily he's 29 which doesn't make him that attractive for many clubs but for Barca' purposes as a backup player and not a main player that's no issue at all. He can become another Larsson.
