the only thing i find thumb about this morata thing is that we would sign him to sell him right away when we have no CF and benzema is characteristically injured at least a month per season and always around CL semis.

Yeah super hefty, if he plays the required number of games the fee rises from £20M all the way to £21.5M.

I mean, its smart business to turn around and sell him at a profit (its basically free money) but at the same time, its not like Real Madrid needs the money. You really won't find a better player than Morata to be cover for Benzema, and he probably will still end up starting 20-25 games a season, making 35-40 appearances overall, which seems reasonable enough.

Pjanic definitely appears to be the one that will be leaving Roma, according to GDS.

The figure is 38m and it looks like either Barca or Bayern are in pole position to meet it. Add to that Pallotta and Spalletti have been non-committal about retaining him. Pjanic himself seems to be fine with staying in Rome, but would not put up a fight about moving either so he's open.

Roma must come up with 30m in order to remain FFP compliant (or risk a fine and/or ban from the CL) so that basically means a sale of a major player. Pjanic fits that bill along with Nainggolan, but we look set to keep him.

FFP - The big clubs ignore it and the smaller clubs stay that way because of it

I believe he will stay, because i find it difficult that a team in england will pay 50+ millions euros to sign him. Not impossible, but difficult, not to mentiont that it would have to be a big club otherwise Morata wont want to go.

Mourinho is too clever to hand his new United team with so much pressure to Morata when he needs a proven goalscorer through and through ala Higuain, Aubameyang, Kane, etc...

Arsenal are usually cheap and when they have spent they have done so on reknown stars like Ozil or Sanchez, would be a SHOCKER if they spend upwards of 50 millions euros on him

Chelsea are in the same predicament as United, and they already have Costa.

Man U is getting Ibra... it's all but done.

City has Aguero and there's nothing better out there.

Arsenal may go after Morata... but it's a risk. I don't think he's better than what they already have. In fact, I think he'll be less productive although he'll show up for big games.

Chelsea... doubtful. Costa is better. If they want an upgrade or take a chance... rumors swirl around Lacazette and, if they want to break the bank, Auba.

Market is thin at CF but there are still better investments out there than Morata.

GOing to Barca or Bayern to be on the bench? he should go to Juventus, they are looking for a player like him and he fits into all the schemes they want to play: behind the forwards in the 4312, or in the 3 man midfield when they line up 352.

Pjanic is a perfect signing for Juventus in every sense of the word but i doubt its happening.

Foreign clubs are capable of greasing his pockets too .That would be a better option for him than moving to a direct rival you would think ? He would also avoid the backlash of the fans in the process.


Btw he was a Zidane fan(at Juventus) growing up just for info's sake not that it means anything tho anyway
