Yea that happens all the time. If referee is giving a penalty for that, every referee needs to do it as well.

They should be giving pens for things like that. Defenders far too often get away with practically wrestling in the box
Although i will admit i don't usually see defenders pulling someones arm if i'm honest, shirts yeah but arms not so much.

Is Pep using Fernandinho as a sweeper between the CBs at times?
Fernandinho is decieved lol he went from being an attacking midfielder at SHaktar, to playing in a double pivot with Pellergrini, to playing sweeper under Pep.
