Watched the first half.. what an ugly game - no passing, no chances, just challenges, fighting, closing down, fouls.

Second half was not much better. I expect that from HSV, but the Pretenders were just as much to blame for the terrible football. Hard to imagine this team knocked out the 2nd best EPl team from the UCL.

The man is showing the Bayern game again this weekend on the TV. Late game should be fast paced

Without getting into the Gl hyperbole mode ( hey i am just trying to fit in), Schalke have actually had some very good chances and deserve to be 1-1. Bayern not playing so well though, I would expect Neuer to save that kick, though it may have taken a deflection?
