They aren't useless, messi had two horrible coaches lately!!! Same goes for Ronaldo! Both contribute to their national teams, people expect players to play all season hard for their clubs then go to a totally different team and do the exact same thing, well its not possible!

Ronaldo was portugal's top scorer in the qualifications for the European Cup of 2008. He was great in 04 and 06.

Imo, he's better than messi internationally but none are really very good.

It's a common misconception that neither are good for the NT but in truth they're both pretty good just not as good as their club form.

well said,but i do think that ronaldo plays with the same attitude (well arrogance and confidence Razz

) for madrid and portugal but messi just not carrying his barcelona cool head and that concentration to international level.
