I saw the interview too. He said something like this from what i recall:
- Next year the trophy will be with the club for sure (CL)
- Chelsea has played in semi finals and a final the past few years. I don't see why we couldn't win it

He could've said it better obviously. But it wasn't said in an obnoxious manner. I took it more in the sense that it is one of the goals, like winning the EPL, and believing that it's very much within reach.

Every news source is saying the same thing Mole and they are quoting directly, not using L'Equipe... I just checked up to see. And i saw the excerpt of the interview on TV. Did you see another interview perhaps or missed it?

I did see the TV interview yes but i cant find it anywhere......

And yes L'Equipe are not solely the issue for this, but iam just pissed off that every story i hear from them this summer is utter bs.

So i chose to LOL @ them they might have been reliable in the past, but this summer they definitely have not been.

Gervinho to Newcastle, Moussa Sissoko to Newcastle, Marvin Martin Newcastle etc etc .....

Gervinho one was true but the story they published that we had signed him was BS.

Theres others aswell that were just published, because they knew we were after french players and used our name.

There's others aswell that i cant remember at this time.
