Had a great season after failing to leave up to the promise he was for a couple of seasons (but everyone stagnated under Benitez...). Napoli's second top performer after Higuain (12 goals and 10 assists from the left wing).

Very tricky player, great link up play, his biggest problem was selfishness in front of goal. This season under Sarri this wasn't the case anymore.

Is he available? Can't see why Napoli would want to sell after they are rolling with Higuain money.

Can't understand the rumours linking him to Chelsea, or to us for that matter (random i-t-k earlier today from Calcio Mercato or summat)

They don't wanna sell him, and he doesn't want to leave, but he has been asking for a contract renewal for a while raising his salary and he keeps getting "unsatisfactory answers" (thats what his agent says). He is Neapolitan and loves Napoli, but since there is money around and Hamsik just got a pay raise, he is trying for a better deal.

Chances are he gets his contract, but there is a chance he could leave if Napoli just dont budge. 3.5mill/y is the last I heard.

main man Pedro to lead Chelsea to an improved 8th this season IMO

can't see any huge signings left this summer, maybe Lukaku to Chelsea but with Costa staying at Batty signed I'm skeptical of that too

Santos' president said that everything is settled with Inter and that it is up to Gabigol and his family if they want the move. Said that after the OLympics he expects the decisions.

Maybe Gabbiadini will go to Inter as well. I can't imagine that he will stay if Icardi arrives, he agent said as much.

Tbf though , I think it's a big risk going into the season with Gabigol or Gabbiadini as your main goal threat. Though for someone like Gabbiadini , it could be a great opportunity to establish himself. He's playing in this league racking up decent numbers for a fair while.

Gabbiadini is ready to be the main striker at most teams in Serie A. De Laurentiis wants his big signing and to put on a show for the fans so Icardi looks to be it.

At Inter they'd have Gabbiadini, Gabigol, Jovetic, Palacio and Eder than can play in the middle if necessary.

I don't think they're excercising their option on Jovetic. He looks set to leave Inter.

Thought Eder headed to China as well. Din't know he was still with Inter.

Pretty sure they're going to offload some of their players if they're looking to bring in multiple targets in attack.

Jovetic's loan at Inter doesn't end this window. Its until the winter. I'm sure he will be looked at by the new coach.

Eder is there, but linked to China. Whoever stays or leaves still gives them plenty of options, its probably their most covered position.

If we get Gabbiadini and a pile of cash for Icardi i wouldnt be mad, Gabbiadini is really underrated and very underutilized at Napoli and id take him any day. That said i rather that we keep Icardi for another year, or until an Pogba type offer arrives.
