We didn't rush Dybala, Higuain, Cuadrado etc why would we rush Rincon?

If i remember correctly Pjanic played the full match 3 days ago, he will rest during the first half, only to be subbed in later in the game

Its clear indicator that Allegri sees Pjanic as AM and I love that. we don't have any fb's for a classic back 4, we need the 3-5-2. It will be a tough game

Sandro is missing there, he is the LWB. The formation is pretty much the only one that makes sense. We only have 1 FB so 352 it is. We are playing Cuadrado, Dybala and Sandro, no need to shoehorn Pjanic from the start. It makes sense to trust Sturaro there, this is Fiore, Allegri needs everyone to fully understand our game.

I'm happy Sturaro is starting hehe Asamoah should start. Sandro might not be fit

the most shocking part was Sturaro as the starting LM/LWB, glad to see it's me who read the lineup too fast

Sturaro starting CM is ok, i don't have a preference between him and Rinocn at this point. i expect Khedira to be enormous today ! will be surrounded by offensive players Dybala & Cuadrado so he might be the focal point on the right side

i don't have a problem with the 3-5-2, in game it mutates into a 3-4-1-2 with Pjanic. Multiple times i've said, imo it's our best formation when everyone fit (which never happens, after all)

Let's just hope for a better second half... Viola playing much better. Very physical game. It will be hard to get a win, but hopefully Allegri will do his half-time magic.

Fiore can't keep this pressure and intensity much longer for sure. They came out extremely strong, props to them. We'll come out better in the second half I think.

We needed to concede that second goal to wake up! This will be the best game of the year in Serie A for us... Wait for the come back! As you said Rincon, we needed Fiorentina to go back to sleep.

Congrats to Fiore, played like a great team.

It as 100% a penalty on Pjaca's shot though, clear handball there.

I'll take Pjaca beasting tonight and thats that. Most physical game of the season, not even Genoa plays like this. Prime Atletico Madrid tonight.

We need some midfielders. I would have paid $30 million for Gagliardini really. He would have been better than most of what we put out there today...

One important note today:
-Pjaca MUST play more, because his composure was very very low. He needs to come in and be integrated in the next few matches so he can be a reliable weapon.

Our midfield? This game was very physical and maybe N'Zonzi would help out in these kind of games. Otherwise, it was a really tough game.

Our midfield play is absolutely disgusting.  Seeing Khedira and Sturaro trying to string passes and making plays is cringe worthy. Both bring the technical level of our team down especially the latter who has no business starting Juventus games. We've become extremely predictable and one dimensional having to rely heavily on Higuaín to carry us.

It's not a good sign that coach is still tinkering with the formation  as we head into the CL knockouts stage. Imo we need some extreme luck to make CL semis. Our level of play right now is simply not that of a CL contender team. It's gotta improve.

Allegri rushed Alex Sandro. He was clearly not fully fit. Ohr midfield was terrible , You can't rely on guys like Sturaro against serious opponents. Dybala also had a bad game like most of our players. Games like this show our weakness in midfield. I can't believe we went from Pirlo Pogba Vidal to starting Stururru and Khedira who was probably our best mid tonight. That's how bad our mid is.
