Good win, Mostly an U23 game but we qualify and they don't.

Studge got a brace but he missed so many chances.

Stewart was amazing from start to finish, If he can improve his passing we have a perfect replacement for Lucas, Never expected this guy to turn so good.

Origi, Where do i start. This guy will lead us one day. He has everything. Pace Power Skill Finesse Technique.

Origi ws MOTM for me. what a player

Origi was great ! The way crowd shouted his name was amazing to hear. Nish described him very aptly. He is gonne be our Lewa in the next season. Guy is still developing and so young. Under Klopp he will keep working hard and develop into a very complete forward.

Sturridge though his genral play yesterday told me why he is not getting into starting XI. In terms of helping the team for creating chances, our current regular front three is miles ahead of him. Good for him though to get two goals. In terms of injury, we have two deadly strikers in terms of origi and Sturridge.

Btw, if Mane ever gets injured I would play Origi there in the RW or as a striker. Studge wont be my automatic choice in case of injury.

Stweart showed good composure, great technique, good awareness of the positioning and might be a perfect 2nd choice for Hendos role.

Origi played really well. Deserved better even. Vorm was on fire and Sturridge needed about 10 relatively easy chances to score 2 goals. Damn.

Wijnaldum showed how valuable a player he is as well. His pass for Sturridge's 2nd goal was a perfect example of something he brings to the team that we rarely see from others. He's so smart in moving the ball through midfield and linking to the attack with one touch ball. Even though a few others on the team probably could have done what he did for that chance, 95% of the time I would say all of our other players would have taken an extra touch on that ball and Sturridge would have been offside.

Wijnaldum isn't flashy but he's quietly been one of our more effective players in Klopp's set-up. A goal is coming for him soon. What a signing it turned out to be.

he needs to find his shooting boots a bit quick. at the moment he cant hit a barn door with a banjoe
