Honestly bit frustrating half though. After going 1 up we again looked pretty complacent out there playing some pretty dire stuff. Boggles my mind how Sturaro is playing in such an offensive role. And with Lichtsteiner, there's literally no offensive output from the right side. These are the two obvious weak links imo. We have the potential to play much much better.

Anyway can't complain about the scoreline.

I have to agree with vibe here

With all due respect to Bologna, they didn't look like a team that was ever going to trouble Juventus tonight. Let alone in Torino.

Great start to 2017 with an Higuain brace and a Dybala goal. We probably should've scored a couple more but I'm happy to see a clean sheet, three goals and three points.

Fiorentina away is the next game, if I recall correctly, and that's a tough fixture

I posted that at half time and those were valid criticisms.

Litchsteiner and Sturaro were excellent, as was everyone else. Not 1 real chance allowed to Bologna and 3-0.

Well I guess I saw it differently. Sturaro was good at hustling and tackling the opponents but that's all he offers. His technique is poor and is probably the worst passer in the team right now.

Lichtsteiner offers literally zero offensive output but he did well on the third goal so that erases some of my criticism.

I would say neither played exactly excellent. They did their job fairly well. But since I am told to shut up by a couple of guys and am coming across here as someone who is complaining about the result when it's not the case, I definitely take offense to that.

When you have Marchisio, Pjanic, Khedira, Dybala, Higuain, Madnzukic and Cuadrado as players in the game you don't need everyone to attack the same way. Sturaro did everything right, wonderful performance. Same for Licht, he is a fullback and he did perfectly. Defended everything, participated in play, run the flank and got an assist.

Came out of the break dominating 100%, scoring 3 goals and keeping a clean sheet. Perfect.

I'd like to say that Locatelli had his best game in a Milan shirt today, dare i say world class, granted its Cagliari but he seemed a different beast today. His playstyle was a mix of Ambrosini and Pirlo, granted still a long way to go but positive steps so far

All the first 7 have won , not exactly the most entertaining this for a neutral fans watching this Serie A..
All that Lazio robbed the poor Crotone ( I've not idea how you can call that offside, it was around 70') and Napoli yesterday against Sampdoria ( Reina dive rofl ) tbf
In fact we got 4 wins in a row yet we 've recuperated basically no points. It 's a league signed for us  from that  fraud beginning under De Boer unavoidably

Samp got robbed for the second time this year playing away vs a big club after schooling them for the majority of the game, first Roma then Napoli. Not to mention the theft in Samp-Milan 0-1 at the start of the season. Proud

It looks like that 3rd place spot is up for grabs this year. Any one of Napoli, Milan or Inter can take it really.  Not sold on Lazio. At least this year there will be competition for it unlike last year. I think the favourite is still Napoli but I wouldn't place a bet on it.

Season is over for Perin. Two years in a row now with a season ending injury. Terrible, for such a quick keeper this might prevent him from reaching his best. Mad

Rincon, Pavoletti and Perin lost by Genoa in 1 month.

unbelivable that Chievo are not down yet, and theyy are down to 10 men too. Chiesa almost scored now but got denied by the GOAT goal clearance. Would have been impossible to call it as goal or no goal if not for the technology.

Also had to say, Federico *bleep* Bernardeschi. So clearly Fiore's best player, he needs better teammates to take advantage of his play.

Straight red to Zarate, this is getting intense. 10v10 now and 20 minutes to go

EDIT: Penalty on Bernardeschi at 91' who scores it. FT 1-0 Chievo fought long and hard, great intensity from all.

Donnarumma vs Belotti part 2 revenge of the rooster.

Last time in Serie A Donna saved a penalty to Belotti at the very end of the match and game Milan a crucial win. Neither coach will change much as both will give everything to win. Iturbe might debut, probable formations:

Milan (4-3-3): Donnarumma; Calabria, Paletta, Gomez, De Sciglio; Kucka, Sosa, Bertolacci; Suso, Lapadula, Bonaventura.

Torino (4-3-3): Hart; De Silvestri, Rossettini, Moretti, Barreca; Benassi, Valdifiori, Baselli; Iturbe, Belotti, Ljajic.

Also, Milik is back in training with Napoli and at Sarri's disposal.

For anyone that didn't watch Juve-Atalanta (I know probably no one but the Juve section did), Dybala continues being awesome in 2017 opening up with a great goal and a great assist.
