Ok...? Lol
Anyway, intriguing second half of the season this makes, I feel a few teams can catch Chelsea

Putting Pedro on the LWB has to be the silliest decision ever made by man kind. Completely killed every attack we had from the left

Thank god they took Alli off. If he scored an hat-trick I would have posted a video on GL of myself eating a sock

That's not correct. I'd never root for them to finish below Man United.
My preferred order which clubs I want to win the league this season:
1. Liverpool
2. Arsenal
3. Spurs
4. Chelsea
5. City
6. Man Untd
Any club below that obviously trumps any of the above in preference

tottenham winning this game is amazing tho, really opens up the title race and proves to any top 6 team that you can beat this chelsea. just need to hold on now and defend the lead.

I'm actually glad that we lost. Good wake-up call for the team and all those pesky Chelsea fans who already thought we won the league.

City dominated them and could have been 4-0 up by halftime if De Bruyne and Kun didn't flop. Chelsea never looked unbeatable by any stretch. I fancy us to smash them if we play them now tbh.

Matches like these are why I rate Pochettino tbh. He pretty much showed how to beat Conte's 3-5-2. Amazing use of space by Eriksen tonight.

Sky commentators fapping in unison for Spurs at the moment. Mentioning until-so-far-unheard-of terms like 'Tottenham' and 'Title' in the same sentence.

Not really. Spurs strike me as a team that is perfectly capable of causing an upset, but lacks the consistency to win the league.
This Tottenham is nothing like the side that lost to United. Kane was isolated and the whole team was struggling to break into United's box.
And just when you think they are not good enough to finish in the top four, they come out and defeat the table toppers.

Didn't you just say you would be 11 points ahead of Liverpool after the United game?

Huge game but we won't be able to handle Ibrahimovic. They'll score from a hoof and then sit back forever.

Spurs are one of the contenders for the title for sure, I mean they were not that far away last season, I know other teams under performed and all... that is if they can get rid of their historic bottlers mentality.
Chelsea got some hard fixtures coming up and can see many more points dropped, title race back on!

Playing at home, no excuse if we lose that game tbh. All this talk of momentum and stuff would come to be nothing but mere hogwash. All the hard work winning 6 games on the trot and a closing 9 point gap to 2, all of that just vanish in a puff of smoke if we get beaten.

Re: All Star Referee Premier League '16-'17 Discussion - Part 9
That's because it's not the same Spurs team Demon of Carthage. Spurs suffered early on heavily from missing Kane. Even with him back, Spurs had Eriksen playing like crap, Dele was not getting into good positions (he suffered most from Kane being out). Son has been inconsistent. Dembele has been off form.
You watch the last five games, this is a completely different team. Especially Eriksen. When he plays well the team plays well and right now he's playing at a very high level. Scoring, assisting, keeping the ball moving. Dele is now getting into good positions to score, Kane is scoring again.
It's not so much inconsistency right now as it is Spurs have hit consistent form.
