Villarreal were dropping deeper and deeper into their own half. At one point 9 of the players were inside the box. I mean Iniesta had so many shooting opportunities and yet he was faffing about with the ball and the window quickly shut on him. Miracle that Villarreal got anything out of this game, although Barca scored really late which makes the draw abit bittersweet for a Madrid fan they were basically camped around Villarreal's penalty box.

Messi hit the post when he was allowed to control the ball inside the box instead of being disposessed. Such an average team they are. Can't believe we drew against them even though the only shot they had was from the penalty spot. Atleti would never let a lead slip against Barca ffs

I admire Messi for carrying his team without uttering a single bad word in public about his team when clearly half of them are either finished or never had it in the first place. As soon as shit hit the fan at Madrid, Ronaldo was complaining about the average players around him and how Messi has an advantage because he plays for a team with better players (yes he has actually said those words believe it or not).

That defence of Barca is utter shambles. Roberto can't make an accurate horizontal pass without having it intercepted, Pique cant even judge bouncing balls and is basically the worst plan b i have seen because when he gets the chances he misses open nets, Marcherano is more concerned with fouling players and Alba well it's an incredible achievement to be judged as the weak link in THAT backline and don't get me started on their average midfield. Busquets is slower than a hippo and can't pass under pressure, Iniesta has one good game every 5, Gomes/Suarez are just not good enough etc

It's a miracle they are only 5 (may be 8 ) points behind us which how average half their team is

Which is the other penalty Barca fans keep speaking of? I keep hearing 2 handballs but I saw only 1, was it the foul that was called for Villarreal? Because that's the only other time I saw Barca players appeal for something

Bruno Soriano handball was definitely a penalty. But so was Marcherano's I keep seeing Barca players excuse that as arm being in its "natural positions" and "not intentional" No matter what league you play in, be it EPL, Bundesliga, LaLiga, Serie A you name it that's a penalty 10/10 times. I have no bloody idea what Marcherano was on about when he said "do you want me to cut my arm off" no how about you put it behind your back like all the other normal defenders do. But then again this guy can commit murder in the box and still not concede a penalty so a little handball is nothing for him

Pique the guy making the most noise was the guy who played goalkeeper last season against Villarreal. Karma is a bitch
