Pull Cesc until his face turns red, but not a second longer otherwise his leg will come off lol, and when you're at the height of your flight start 'flying' to prolong it. Another strategy is to try to get the 100 at the very beginning of the game and at the end of the emirates in the very first turn, so you can buy more elastic.

...yes I have been wasting too much company money on this game.
