Personally, I think all micro-transactions are bad. *bleep* the skin economy, which hides the usual rewards of playing a game behind a paywall.

It does ruin the experience for me, and I would never play a game that includes it (until Nintendo does it for Mario, and then I will just plain quit).

Games like Anthem aren't my sort of thing. Even still, that gameplay did not look impressive. Feels like I've seen the same game many times before.

This wasn't even disappointing because I expected nothing good from EA. Apart from a couple of decent looking indy games, it's all the same crap.

Only Microsoft could rival them for the most nothing press conference this year.
