Anyway, going by talkSports statistics (risky business, that), Fabregas has an assist to game avergae of approximately 0.58.

If Fabregas plays the same amount of games as Ryan Giggs, he'd have around 332 assists

Of course, he'd have to stay at Arsenal for another decade for him to acheive this, which is extremely unlikely. Hell, he could be gone this summer... Sad

Beckham has a similar average of 0.57.

Thats the best thing about cesc. Hes a risk taker, he rarely passes sideways. Most of the time its either to theo, rvp or Nasri.

That Lampard stuff he said is stupid, but for the record Ronaldo would be in the top 200 all time list. And Real Madrid can play some great football, but not in the bloody Clasico obviousy.

Is this direct assists? (as in last pass) or assists as in they were involved in the build up or something.

Some of these numbers don't look right. Stats from statbunker and espn suggest otherwise.

Henry and Bergkamp played the sexiest football I'v ever seen. Bergkamps classy touches and quick turn of pace. Henry's pace and power . The combination was epic. I knew Henry would have a lot of assists but I never once thought he would make it into the top 20 of all time! (EPL) . Andy Cole is there too, what a legend! I'm surprised people here didn't praise him as well!
