It's a risky signing, but if joins and he's able to maintain his late Lyon form then that would make him Milan's best signing in years.

Honestly, Milan needs all the help it can get in attack. I don't think it would be a poor move by any means

I also figured Milan would be in for Chiesa, not that Fiorentina has any intention of selling but seems like a good fit for what you're going for

Reports suggest Napoli are looking to hijack Juventus’ move for Manchester United full-back Matteo Darmian.

The Bianconeri have already agreed a deal with the Italian international, but negotiations are ongoing with the Red Devils over a price.

Juve are offering around €12m plus bonuses, while the English side want the total fee to reach at least €20m.

Now calciomercato.com reports that Napoli are looking to try and hijack a deal, taking advantage of the stalemate in negotiations.

Juventus remain in pole position, but if the deal collapses the Partenopei are ready to swoop in for Darmian.

Levy is pricing teams out of a deal. Demanding 60m for him when he can be bought next summer for 20M IIRC.

So this is good business, we buy a talented young French CB now, then pick up Toby next summer for peanuts. I like this better. Plus we're building a strong French habitat for Griez so he can settle in easier.

One is CL proven. The other just got relegated. Loserpool on their ambitious ish again. UFFFF.

And yes I even said back then that for 13m that's alright depth for a club like you. You need cheap depth badly.
